Abstract

Perekonomian Indonesia dalam tahun 1994 kembali mengalami guncangan-guncangan (shocks) baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri.Guncangan yang pertama terjadi dari luar akibat penurunan harga migas dari rata-rata US$18 per barel menjadi hanya sekitar US$13-14 per barel hingga triwulan I 1994 ini.Penurunan harga migas ini akan mempunyai dampak terutama pada APBN dan neraca akun semasa(currentaccount) Indonesia.
