Income and Employment Impacts of Indonesian Agricultural Sectors

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan analisis kaitan antarsektor (intersectoral linkage) dan angka pengganda (multiplier), penults mencoba mengidentifikasi sektor-sektor pertanian yang layak memperoleh prioritas. Dengan menggunakan Tabel Input Output 1985, penults menemukan bahwa subzsekior peternakakan dan produk-produknya selayaknya memperoleh prioritas tertinggi. Ini terjadi karena subsektor ini memiliki kaitan yang tinggi dengan sektor lainnya. Walaupun kaitannya dengan sektor hilir (forward linkage) hanya menempati peringkat ketiga, kaitan ke hulu (backward linkage) dan kaitan kompositnya menduduki perngkat pertama. Selain itu, dilihat dari output multiplier-nya, subsektor ini menempati peringkat pertama. Begitu pula dengan employment multiplier-nya
