Abstract

Makalah ini mencoba menelusuri sumber-sumber pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia yang demikian pesat, terutama selama periode 1960-1987. Jumlah pekerja yang dipekerjakan dalam pelbagai sektor ekonomi adalah faktor yang paling banyak menyumbang kepada pertumbuhan tersebut. Perkembangan teknologi dalam perekonomian Indonesia bersifat memperbesar penyerapan tenaga kerja dan membawa implikasi bahwa pembentukan modal dan penggunaan sumber-sumber daya memerlukan tambalian tenaga kerja untuk memobilisasi proses produksi. Akan tetapi, akan sangat bermanfaat untuk menganalisis sumbangan pemupukan modal, pemanfaatan sumber-sumber daya terhadap pertumbulian pekerjaan
