Abstract

Proses pembangunan menuju masyarakat adil dan makmur, berdasarkan Pancasila merupakan suatu proses yang panjang. Daiam keadaan yang demikian ini, sudah tiba saatnya untuk mengkaji secara mendalam berbagai masalah dan prospek yang akan muncul dalam pembangunan jangka panjang kedua. Prespektif pembangunan nasional jangka panjang tahap kedua ini akan makin bertambah penting artinya karena mempakan kelanjutan dari pembangunan nasional jangka panjang 25 tahun pertama daiam upaya mewujudkan masyarakat Indonesia yang adil dan makmur berdasarkan Pancasila.
