Abstract

Dalam dasawarsa belakangan ini, dunia dihadapkan pada kenyataan munculnya perubahan-perubahan baru dalam prosentase out-put dunia di berbagai kawasan. Negara-negara industri pendahulu, yaitu Eropah Barat dan Amerika Serikat, semakin tergeser kedudukannya di dalam prosentase out-put dunia oleh kawasan yang baru.
