Abstract

The objectives of this articie are to present certain aspects of modem development in macro-economic theory, in particular disequilibrium analysis, to discuss some issues of macro-economic disequilibrium, such as unemployment, non-Wairasian models, rationality of conjectures and the role of money in the exchange stmcture, and to explore the implication of modem development in macro-economic theory in understanding the Indonesian macroeconomy.
