Pendugaan dengan Menggunakan Fungsi Produksi Cobb-Douglas : Sebuah Tinjauan

Abstract

The Cobb-Douglas production function has been used widely because of its convenience in interpreting elasticities of production. This production function is simple and fairly manageable from an estimation point of view and it describes the economic data well. However, it is not without its problems. The problems of muiticoiiinearity, management bias, simultaneous equation bias, risk bias and random coefficient bias are usually faced on estimating the Cobb-Dougias production function.
