Abstract

Seperti telah diketahui, empat dari negara-negara yang tergabung dalam ASEAN merupakan negara-negara penghasil barang ekspor. Oleh karenanya pemasukan devisa mereka sangat tergantung dari beberapa macam ekspor bahan-bahan dasar dalam pasar dunia. Jenis barang ekspor semacam inilah yang menyebabkan fluktuasi pemasukan devisa menjadi besar karena perobahan-perobahan harga di pasar dunia sangat mempengaruhinya.
