Exchange Rate Policy and Non-Extractive Exports

Abstract

Dalam tulisan ini diteliti pengaruh kebijaksanaan Pemerintah mengenai nilai-tukar mata uang pada bidang ekspor hasil non-ekstraktip Indonesia. Yang dimaksudkan dengan ekspor hasil non-ekstraktip adalah keseiuruhan ekspor dikurangi ekspor minyak bumi, hasil perkayuan dan hasil pertambangan. Dengan demikian maka dalam bidang ekspor hasil non-ekstraktip itu termasuk bahan mentah. bahan yang telah setengah atau sebagian diolah (semi-processed), maupun yang telah diolah seluruhnya. Barang hasil industri dalam negeri pun termasuk dalam kategori ini meskipun jumlah ekspomya hanya merupakan bahagian yang sangat kecil daripada keseluruhan ekspor hasil non-ekstraktip itu, yaitu 4.4 prosen dalam tahun 1976.
