Abstract

Data yang terkumpul telah disusun sesuai dengan dua cara klasifikasi. Yang pertama ialah klasifikasi fungsionil dimana transaksi-transaksi dan pengeluaran pemerintah dikelompokkan sesuai dengan tujuan atau fungsinya. Ini adalah untuk ' memperoleh pengertian tentang kegiatan pemerintah dalam berbagai bidang seperti kesejahteraan masyarakat, kesehatan. pendidikan, pertahanan dan keamanan dan sebagainya. Yang kedua adalah klasifikasi ekonomi dimana pengelompokkan didasarkan atas kategori-kategori ekonomi seperti pengeluaran untuk barang dan Jasa. pembentukan modal, transfer modal, pemhayaran beban hutang dan seterusnya.
