Masalah "Disparitet Harga" dan Export

Abstract

Sudah heherapa lama export kita menderita dari apa jang disebut disparitet harga. Dengan disparitet harga dimaksudkan bahwa harga Iuar negeri sesuatu bahan export kita, kalau dikoers dengan koers resmi, dalam ukuran rupiah djatuh dibawah harga pasar dalam negeri. Oleh karena ini maka seorang ex-portir semestinja rugi (dalam mata uang rupiah) kalau ia mengexport sesuatu barang jang terkena disparitet ini. Maka exportir jang bonafide, segan2 untuk mengexport barang2 ini, kalau betul2 tidak ada tjara2 kompensasi jang dapat dipertanggungdjawabkan setjara legal.
