Proses-Proses Perobahan Dalam Struktur Perdagangan Sedjak Pelaksanaan Ekonomi Terpimpin

Abstract

Uraian ini terutama ditudjukan pada analisa mengenai prosesproses perobahan dalam struktur perdagangan sedjak berachirnja apa jang lazim disebut "ekonomi liberal". Struktur perdagangan baru adalah hasil dari proses perkembangan jang dimulai dengan nasionalisasi per­ usahaan-perusahaan perdagangan Belanda jang didjadikan P.T. Negara pada achir tahun 1958. Disusul dengan Peraturan Presiden No. 10 pada pertengahan tahun 1959. Faktor jang menentukan arah dan mempertjepat pelaksanaan perobahan sistim perdagangan dan distribusi ialah Dekrit Presiden pada tanggal 5 Djuli 1959 jang berarti bahwa politik Pemerintah akan didasarkan kembali pada Undang-undang Dasar 1945. Kebidjaksanaan Ekonomi Terpimpin telah dirumuskan sebagai prinsip dalam bidang ekonomi jang sesuai dengan berlakunja kembali Undangundang Dasar 1945 ini.
