Реформи В Галузі Охорони Здоров’Я В Румунії: Гарвардський Основний Підхід

Abstract

Метою даної роботи є вивчення системи охорони здоров’я в Румунії: з самого початку, коли країна перейшла з системи Семашка і почала впроваджувати нові реформи, і до наших днів. Через аналіз п’яти основних елементів цей документ підкреслює зміну стану здоров’я румунів у період з 2010 по 2016 рік, порівнюючи рівень задоволеності громадян та фінансовий захист румунів та українців у 2010 та 2016 роках. Реформи в Румунії забезпечили кращі санітарні умови, збільшення тривалості життя та зменшення кількості курців та смертності. Крім того, рівень задоволення громадян від системи охорони здоров’я набагато вищий; громадяни задоволені своїми фінансовими можливостями і почали більше витрачати на здоров’я. Тим не менш, незважаючи на всі реформи, система охорони здоров’я Румунії недофінансована, неефективна та корумпована, вона має обмежену доступність і матиме багато проблем у майбутньому..
