Аналіз Системи Охорони Здоров’Я В Польщі

Abstract

В статті досліджуються зміни в медичній сфері в Польщі. Після відновлення незалежності в 1989 році, Польща ініціювала ряд реформ, у тому числі і в сфері охорони здоров’я. Система Семашка була перетворена у соціальне медичне страхування (SHI), яке сьогодні охоплює близько 98% населення країни. З 2018 року Польща планує перейти до системи Беверіджа, яка, на відміну від соціального медичного страхування (SHI), фінансується за рахунок доходів держави. Однак, проблеми, які належить вирішити, все одно існують. Зараз Польща як і раніше знаходиться серед країн з найнижчими витратами на сферу охорони здоров’я та з довгими чергами в лікарнях. Тим не менш, Польща може послужити прикладом для України з точки зору реформування системи охорони здоров’я та поліпшення стану здоров’я своїх громадян.
