Abstract

A piacvédelem nem vám jellegű eszközei a vámok mind erőteljesebb háttérbe szorulásával a nemzetközi piacok felé terjeszkedő vállalatok számára bizonytalan és kiszámíthatatlan értékesítési feltételeket eredményeznek. Az eszközök alkalmazása az esetek többségében önkényes. Így a szituáció, az exportőr, a termék jellege határozza meg, hogy az adott helyzetben mely eszközökkel szembesülnek a piacra lépő vállalatok, az eszközök hatásának elemzése, illetve következményeinek stratégiai számításba vétele pedig nehézkes, sokszor lehetetlen. A tanulmány célja az, hogy a magyar vállalatok által a külföldi piacokon tapasztalt nem vám jellegű eszközöket összefoglalja, és ezzel segítségére legyen a külföldi piacok magyar szereplőinek abban, hogy az eszközök körét, illetve hatásait jobban megismerjék.
