A lisszaboni stratégiai célok és a kis- és középvállalatok a jelölt országokban
[The Lisbon strategic goals and SMEs in the candidate countries]

Abstract

Az Európai Unió lisszaboni céljainak teljesítése akadozik. A tíz kevésbé fejlett ország belépése - a hosszú távú kölcsönös előnyök mellett - az EU átlagos növekedési ütemét emelni fogja, de színvonalmutatóit erősen lehúzza. A csatlakozó országokban alacsonyabb foglalkoztatottsági színvonal mellett a munkahelyek kétharmadát a kis- és középvállalatok biztosítják. Ezeknek a megőrzéséhez a gyengébb versenyképesség gyors javítására van szükség. A cikkben adott áttekintés szerint az Európai Unió eddig kevés figyelmet fordított erre a problémára. A hatékony segítség nyújtásához a jelölt országok kis- és középvállalatainak helyzetéről megbízhatóbb statisztikákra, felmérésekre és elemzésekre lenne szükség. A támogatást nyújtó programokról, akciókról előzetes és utólagos hatáselemzések kellenének, nemzeti és közösségi szinten egyaránt. Az e téren való fejlődést - középpontba állítva a termelékenység és versenyképesség növelését - az integrált innováció-, vállalkozás- és kisés középvállalati politika biztosíthatja.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: F150, L250, L570.
