Abstract

Az 1998-as nyugdíjreform nem hozott alapvető változásokat a társadalombiztosítási nyugdíjrendszerben. Ezért vetődött fel 2001-ben az egyéni számlás nyugdíjrendszer bevezetésének lehetősége azon elgondolás alapján, hogy az első pillérnek tekintett felosztó-kirovó rendszerben is szorosabb kapcsolat jöjjön létre a járulékfizetés és az ezzel megszerezhető nyugdíjjogosultságok között. Az elképzelés megfogalmazásával párhuzamosan megindult vizsgálatok az egyéni számlás felosztó-kirovó rendszerek alapvető természetét, fő jellemzőit kísérelték meg feltárni. Tanulmányunk az erre irányuló kutatások eredményeibe ad betekintést.
