Abstract

Magyarország határozottan tart az Európai Unió fejlett gazdaságai felé. E törekvéseit akkor koronázhatja a belépés sikere, ha a gazdasági kormányzás tudományosan megalapozottá, kiszámíthatóvá és átláthatóvá válik. A színvonalas gazdaságirányítás legfőbb eszköze a költségvetési politika. A költségvetési politikának, az alkalmazott intézményrendszernek, a célkitűzések konzisztens rendszerének és a megvalósítás módszereinek olyannak kell lennie, hogy segítse a felzárkózást, a gyors, de fenntartható növekedést.
