Abstract

A fejlett országok költségvetési politikája és a makropénzügyi ellentmondások (például növekedés vagy egyensúly) feloldásának eddig megszokott keretei gyökeresen változtak meg. A cikk ezeknek a változásoknak a fő vonásait mutatja be. Kitér az állam szerepeinek változására, az állam - mint tulajdonos, mint újraelosztó és mint szolgáltató - ,,visszavonulására". Az egybehangzó költségvetés-politikai ,,intelmek" között említi az egyensúlymutatók fegyelmező erejét és szerepét, a bevételi koncentráció enyhülését, ezen belül a lineáris jövedelemadók iránti nagyobb fogékonyságot vagy a pénzpiaci eszközök elterjedését.
