Abstract

Cikkünk a rekombináns tulajdon fogalmát az egyes cégek szintjéről a vállalati hálózatok szintjére terjeszti ki. Legfontosabb állításunk, hogy a gazdasági átalakulás a különféle szövetségi stratégiák egymásba fonódásával zajlik. Az első részben kimutattuk, hogy az állami tulajdon nem sorvadt el, sőt egyik jellegzetes eleme maradt a magyar tulajdonviszonyoknak. Ugyanakkor az államhoz fűződő szálak önmagukban elégtelenek ahhoz, hogy a cégeknek a magyarországi gazdasági kapcsolatok mezején elfoglalt pozícióit megértsük. Az itt következő második részben megvizsgáljuk az államhoz fűződőkön kívüli tulajdoni kapcsolatok mintáit az úgymond az állam árnyékában levő vállalatok között, és különböző stratégiákat találunk az egymásba fonódó szövetségekre. A magyar üzleti csoportok hálózatainak szintjén is jellemző: diverzifikált portfóliók segítik a különböző források által nyújtott lehetőségek kihasználását.
