A beruházások alakulása 19921998 között
[The trend in investment between 1992 and 1998]

Abstract

A magyar nemzetgazdaság a kilencvenes években óriási átalakuláson ment keresztül. A válságot követő kilábalás és az új bár folyamatosan átalakuló gazdasági struktúrában meginduló dinamikus növekedés egyik fő tényezője a jelentős mértékű beruházás volt. Ez tette lehetővé az elavult és nem prosperáló ágazatokban az állóeszközvagyon cseréjét, modernizációját. A szerzők a rendszerváltás idejére lelassult, majd a kilencvenes években dinamikusan növekvő beruházások szerkezetét, motívumait és finanszírozását elemzik, és ezeket összevetik a vállalkozások várakozásaival. Ezt követően megvizsgálják a külföldi tőke szerepét a tömeges privatizáció és a nagy mértékű működőtőke-beáramlás időszakában. Megállapítják, hogy a vállalkozói beruházásokban erősödött a külföldi részvétel, s az időszak elején az állami közvetlen és közvetett beruházások részben kompenzálták a vállalkozói beruházások visszaesését, majd csökkenésükkel visszafogták a beruházási volumen dinamikusabb növekedését.
