Abstract

Az Európai Unió intézményrendszerében kiemelt helyet foglal el a támogatási, azon belül a regionális politika. Az utóbbi években a támogatáspolitika mind nagyobb mértékben válik regionálissá, azaz a támogatások növekvő hányadát nyújtják regionális programok keretében. Magyarország számára a közösségi támogatási politika különös fontossága abban áll, hogy az EU-csatlakozást követően hozzáférhet a strukturális alapok és a Kohéziós Alap forrásaihoz. Ezen alapok forrásainak túlnyomó hányadát regionális címen, regionális programok keretében osztják el. A közösségi források fogadása, az arra való felkészülés ezért szükségessé teszi a magyar gazdaság, azon belül a régiók és kistérségek abszorpciós képességének a fokozását. A tanulmány az ezzel kapcsolatos cél-, eszköz- és intézményrendszeri követelményeket foglalja össze.
