Abstract

A pálya-, karrier-tanácsadás, a pályaorientáció gazdasági hasznosságát évtizedek óta igyekszik bizonyítani és elfogadtatni a pályaorientációs szakma. A pályaorientációs szakemberek és a pályaorientációt értékelő közgazdászok között kevés a munkakapcsolat, miközben a pályaválasztás, az életút-támogató pályadöntések sorozatának gazdasági kérdésköre egyre többször kerül előtérbe. A pályaorientáció valós gazdasági hasznáról, direkt és indirekt eredményeiről a mai napig keveset tudunk. Holott technikai értelemben ma már nem kellene klasszikus kísérletet szervezni a hatásmechanizmusok megértésére. Ez a cikk a témában elérhető, de közel sem elégséges irodalom feldolgozására, bemutatására vállalkozik.
