A háziorvosi prevenciós tevékenység össztársadalmi költségei
[The social costs of comprehensive prevention programmes conducted by general practitioners]

Abstract

A krónikus betegségek visszaszorításában kiemelkedő szerepe lenne a háziorvosi prevenciós tevékenységnek. Ennek össztársadalmi költsége korábban csak nehezen volt megbecsülhető, mert a hazai háziorvosi rendszer - szervezetét és költséghatékonyságát tekintve - ma még nem alkalmas átfogó szűrőprogramok lebonyolítására. A svájci hozzájárulással megvalósuló Alapellátás- fejlesztési Modellprogram keretében létrehozott praxisközösségekben folyó prevenciós tevékenység azonban lehetőséget teremtett arra, hogy részletesen tanulmányozzuk az ilyen megelőző, illetve a hozzá kapcsolódó egészségfejlesztési tevékenységek tényleges költségeit. Elvégeztük a praxisközösségek teljes költségelemzését, költség nemek és költségviselő tevékenységek/szolgáltatások szerint, valamint költséghatékonyság szempontjából. Meghatároztuk a praxisközösség átlagos működési költségét, a páciensek egészségiállapot-felméréséig való eljuttatásának, illetve magának az állapotfelmérésnek a költségeit, utóbbit a praxisközösségre és a teljes hazai populációra vonatkozóan is.
