Privatizáció és vagyonkezelés. Régi és új dilemmák

Abstract

1997 végére Magyarországon nagyjából befejeződik a privatizáció. Ez nem jelenti azt, hogy minden eladható állami társaságot el is adnak, de azt igen, hogy a könnyen értékesíthetők addigra elfogynak. Ebben a helyzetben ismét felvetődik az a kérdés, hogy mi történjen a még el nem adott cégekkel, illetve azokkal a társasági részese- désekkel, amelyeket az állam stratégiai megfontolásokból a jövőben sem kíván érté- kesíteni. Ez a háttere annak a szakmai vitának, amely az elmúlt hónapokban ismét fellángolt, s amelynek középpontjában az üzleti alapú vagyonkezelés koncepciója áll. A szerző ehhez a vitához szól hozzá, s igyekszik meggyőző érveket felsorolni amellett, hogy az üzleti alapú vagyonkezelés fából vaskarika. A nem üzleti megfonto- lásokra épülő vagyonkezelést pedig célszerű az ágazati minisztériumokra bízni.
