Gyermektámogatás, nyugdíj és endogén/heterogén termékenység - egy modell
[Child support, pensions and endogenous (and heterogeneous) fertility. A model]

Abstract

Groezen-Leers-Meijdam [2003] cikkéből kiindulva a lehető legegyszerűbben modellezzük a következő problémát: a kormányzat gyermektámogatási és nyugdíjrendszert működtetve serkenti a dolgozókat gyermekszülésre, és nyugdíjjal pótolja a "rövidlátó" dolgozók elégtelen megtakarítását. Bevezetjük a dolgozók hitelkorlátját, és kiterjesztjük a szerzőhármas elemzését heterogén nevelési költségekre és gyermektámogatásokra. Két fő eredményünk: 1. a transzferrendszer növelésekor át kell ugrani azt a szakadékot, amely a jólét kezdeti csökkenése miatt keletkezik; 2. bár a termékenységfüggő nyugdíjak bevezetése növeli az átlagos termékenységet, de csökkenti a társadalmi jólétet, és erősítheti a termékenység heterogenitását.
