[The chances of dinosauria. Structural change of large firms and privatisation]

Abstract

Mit jelent a rendszerváltás a magyar nagyiparban? Hogyan alakult át a szocialista nagyvállalatok szervezeti és tulajdonosi szerkezete? Miként változott tevékenységi struktúrájuk, magatartásmintájuk, orientációjuk? Milyen vállalati stratégiák bizonyultak sikeresnek? Mi az állam szerepe tulajdonosként, szabályozóként és piaci partnerként a nagyvállalati sorsok alakításában? A tanulmány alapjául szolgáló vizsgálat e kérdésekre empirikus módszerekkel, a közgazdasági és szociológiai megközelítés együttes alkalmazásával próbált választ találni. A nagyvállalatok egy szűkebb csoportjának, 49 cégnek a sorsát követte nyomon 1995 1996-ban esettanulmányok készítésével és mérlegadataik feldolgozásával.
