Abstract

A tanulmány összefoglaló áttekintést ad az ezredfordulót követő első évtized végére várható munkaerő-kereslet ágazatok, foglalkozások és képzettség szerinti struktúrájának változásairól. A prognózisok középpontjában a felsőfokú képzettségű munkaerő-kereslet előrejelzése áll, mivel egyfelől ez az egyik fő feltétele a felsőoktatás régóta esedékes szerkezeti modernizálásának és racionális fejlesztésének, másfelől a diplomások képzése növekvő szerepet játszik a munkapiaci egyensúly jövőbeli alakulásában.
