A kínai működőtőke-kivitel és Kelet-Európa
[Chinese exports of operating capital and Eastern Europe]

Abstract

A kínai működőtőke 2002 óta nagy lendülettel áramlik ki a világba. Ezt a kiáramlást a kínai állam erőskezű politikája vezérli, az ország gazdasági fejlődésének és nemzetközi szerepének központilag meghatározott iránya alapján. Ezen a bázison a kínai vállalatok elsősorban a nyersanyag- és energiaforrásokat, valamint a fejlett technológiát keresik hagyományos nyereségrealizáló szempontjaik mellett. Bár a kínai működőtőke nagyrészt nem Európába és ezen belül nem a keleti-európai országokba áramlott - a kínai vállalatok Afrikát, Délkelet-Ázsiát és Latin-Amerikát részesítik előnyben -, az utóbbi időben a földrész jelentősége egyre növekszik a kínai befektetők szemében, köszönhetően a kelet-európai tőkeimportot ösztönző gazdaságpolitikának. Magyarország mint régióbeli elosztóközpont és a kutatás-fejlesztési bázis lehet vonzó a kínai vállalatok számára. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL ) kód: F21.
