Ethics and Deontology in Public Administration

Abstract

In the past years, public administration from Romania has faced significant changes with respect to its own operational framework. Because of difficulties in the public sector managemen system, there is a need for a set of anticorruption reforms that need to include a series of measures for the modification of working conditions in both central and local public administration.
