Fütüvvet Teşkilatlarının Süreç Analizi Yoluyla İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Fütüvvet Teşkilatları dört ayrı dönemde ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Bunlar; Cahiliye Fütüvveti, Abbasi Fütüvveti, Tasavvuf Fütüvveti ve Ahilik Fütüvvetidir. Bu dört ayrı dönemde Fütüvvet Teşkilatlarının ekonomideki etkinlikleri araştırılmıştır. Fütüvvet Teşkilatlarının etkin olduğu dönemlerle merkezi devlet otoritesinin gücü arasında bir ilişki olup olmadığı sorgulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu sorgulama neticesinde ise; bu çalışmada sunulan teorik çerçeve test edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada sunulan teorik çerçeve üç temel saç ayağına sahiptir. Bunlar; Yapısalcı Güç, Kurumlar ve Sosyal Ağlar kuramlarından oluşmaktadır. Fütüvvet teşkilatlarının etkinliği ile merkezi devlet otoritesinin gücü arasındaki anlamlı ilişki yapısalcı güç kuramının test edilmesini sağlayacaktır. Bu ilişkinin nasıl ve hangi koşullarda gerçekleştiği sorularına cevap verilmesi ise; Kurumlar ve Sosyal Ağlar kuramlarını test edecektir. Teorik çerçevenin test edilmesi işlemi için nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden faydalanılacaktır. Nitel araştırma desenleri arasından vaka analizi tercih edilecektir. Bu amaçla kesitsel vakalar ve alt vakalar tanımlanacaktır. Döküman tarama incelemesi yoluyla toplanan veriler süreç analizi yöntemiyle tahlil edilecektir.
