Abstract

En raison de la raret� des ressources et la d�gradation de l'environnement, un nouveau concept de d�veloppement, appel� l'�conomie circulaire (EC), �merge. Ce concept s�inscrit dans la recherche d�un d�veloppement durable et soute-nable pr�n� depuis pr�s de 40 ans par Stahel et Reday. Au-del� de l�impact sur l�environnement, l�EC permet de mainte-nir localement � la fois l�emploi et les savoir-faire et de pr�server ainsi "�conomie, social et environnement".
