Bireysel Yatırımcı Davranışı Analizi: Anket Çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalışma Türkiye’deki yatırımcıların hise senedi alım-satım davranışlarını analiz etmektedir. Bu analiz için 55 sorudan oluşan bir anket 85 kişi üzerinde uygulanmıştır ve yatırımcıların verdikleri cevaplar esas alınmıştır. Anket demografik özellikler, algılanan karakter özellikleri, yatırım tercihleri, portföy çeşitlemesi olmak üzere dört kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Ölçümlemenin sonuçları gelişmekte olan bu piyasada yatırımcıların yerel hisse senetlerine yatırım yapmayı tercih ettiklerini göstermektedir. Anket sonuçları yaşlı yatırımcıların genç yatırımcılara göre yatırımlarına daha az güvendiklerini ve daha fazla portföy çeşitlemesi yaptıklarını göstermektedir. Regresyon sonuçlarına göre erkekler kadınlara göre daha çok hisse senedi alım-satım işlemi yapmakta olup, portföylerinde daha yüksek oranda riskli varlık (hisse senedi) bulunduranlar da diğerlerine göre daha fazla alım-satım işlemi yapmaktadır. Yatırım kararlarına güven ve hırsın portföy çeşitlemesi üzerinde olumlu etkisi görülmektedir. Portföylerinde daha fazla riskli varlık bulunduran yatırımcıların portföylerini diğer yatırımcılara göre daha fazla çeşitlendirdikleri görülmüştür. Anket sonuçlarına göre erkeklerin kendi yatırım kararlarına olan güveninin kadınlara göre daha yüksek olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca kendi yatırım kararlarına güveni daha fazla olan erkeklerin diğer erkek yatırımcılara göre daha fazla portföy çeşitlemesi tercih ettikleri görülmektedir.
