Sanayi üretim endeksini etkileyen faktörlerin ekonometrik analizi

Abstract

Sanayileşme iktisadi kalkınmanın gerçekleştirilmesi açısından son derece önemlidir. Sanayi üretimindeki gelişmeler büyüme ve ekonomik kalkınmanın dinamiğini oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, sanayi üretimini etkileyen iktisadi değişkenleri belirlemek, sanayi üretimi ile iktisadi değişkenler arasındaki nedensellik ilişkilerini ortaya koymak, etki-tepki ilişkilerini belirlemek ve sanayi üretimini en yüksek oranda etkileyen iktisadi değişkenleri tespit etmektir. Ocak 1998- Aralık 2010 dönemi aylık Sanayi Üretim Endeks verileri kullanılmıştır. Yapılan regresyon analizi sonucunda petrol fiyatları, döviz kuru, ihracat gibi dışsal faktörlerin, kamu harcaması, tüketim harcaması, ithalat gibi içsel faktörlerin sanayi üretimini etkilediği gözlenmektedir. Varyans ayrıştırması analizine göre, sanayi üretimini en fazla ithalat ve kamu harcamalarının etkilediği belirlenmiştir.
