Kurumsal girişimcilik ve firma performansı:İMKB’de işlem gören firmalar üzerinde bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, firmaların rekabetinde önemli bir etken olarak görülen kurumsal girişimcilik uygulamalarının firma performansı üzerindeki etkisi incelenmektedir. İMKB’ye kote olup hisse senetleri pazarında işlem gören firmalar üzerinde yapılan araştırmada, kurumsal girişimcilik, innovasyon, risk alma, proaktiflik ve örgütsel yenilenme olmak üzere dört boyut esas alınarak çalışılırken; firma performansı firmaların son üç yıldaki finansal karlılık ve satışlardaki büyüme rakamlarına göre ölçülmüştür. Korelasyon ve Regresyon analizi yapılarak elde edilen araştırma sonuçlarında, kurumsal girişimcilik boyutlarından sadece örgütsel yenilenmenin firmaların karlılık düzeylerini etkilediği, diğer üç kurumsal girişimcilik boyutunun firma performans göstergeleri üzerinde pozitif ya da negatif önemli bir etkisi bulunmadığı görülmüştür. Örgütsel yenilenmenin de firma performans göstergelerinden karlılık rakamları üzerinde etkili olduğu görülürken, satışlarda büyüme üzerinde önemli bir etkisi bulunmamıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, kuramsal alan ve uygulama açısından tartışılmıştır..
