AB üyeliğinin Türk tarımına etkileri

Abstract

Türkiye’nin AB üyeliği sonucunda tarım malları ticareti serbest hale gelecektir. Serbestleşmenin olası fayda ve kazanımları, Türkiye ve AB’nin tarım politikalarının izleyeceği yola bağlıdır. Çalışmada AB üyeliğinin olası etkilerini değerlendirmek için doğrusal-olmayan matematiksel programlama metoduna dayanan ekonomik modelleme yaklaşımı kullanılmıştır. Maksimum Entropiye dayanan Pozitif Matematiksel Programlama çalışmamızın temel yaklaşımıdır. Model statik optimizasyon algoritmasına dayanmaktadır. AB ile ekonomik integrasyonun sonucunda, bitkisel ürün ihracatı temel döneme göre artış gösterse de, artan net hayvansal ürün ithalatını karşılamaktan uzak kalmaktadır. Üyeliğin toplam refah etkisi sınırlıdır. Tüketiciler düşen fiyatlardan faydalanmaktadırlar. Üreticilerin refahında Ortak Tarım Politikası’nın destekleri belirleyicidir.
