Elektronik Emir İletim Yönteminin İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsasınınn Mikroyapısı Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsası Hisse Senetleri Piyasası’nda Elektronik Alım-Satım Sistemi’ne getirilen son iki yenilik “Elektronik Emir İletimi” adı altında uygulamaya konulan “Disketle Emir İletimi” ve “Express-API” yöntemiyle emir gönderimidir. Bu iki yöntemin etkinliklerini ölçme üzerine yapılan bu çalışmada, Disketle Emir İletimi yönteminin İstanbul Menkul Kıymetler Borsası’nda işlem gören 10 firmanın gün içi getiri ve standard sapma bulgularında önemli değişikliğe yol açtığı, açılışta gözlemlenen getiri ve standard sapma değerleri, Disketle Emir İletimi uygulaması başlamadan önce çok yüksek seviyelerde gerçekleşirken, uygulamanın başlamasının ardından bu değerlerde önemli oranda düşüş gözlemlendiği, Express-API ile emir iletim yönteminde ise insan faktörüyle birlikte hisse senedi fiyatlarında, disketle emir iletim yönteminde uygulanan fiyatlamanın etkisinin azaldığı, açılışta oluşan getirilerin tekrar yükselme eğilimine girdiği görülmüştür.
