Endüstri İşletmelerinde Kurum Kültürünün Kalite Kültürüne Dönüşümü

Abstract

Günümüz ekonomisinde ülke sınarları kalmamıştır ve dolayısı ile ürünler tüm pazarlar için üretilmektedir. Bu gelişme, üretimin karmaşıklaşmasına sebep olmuş, değişen bu durum ";üretimin paylaşımı"; olarak tanımlanmıştır (Demir ve Gümüşoğlu, 1994). Gittikçe zorlaşan pazar koşullan firmaları yeni rekabet avantajları aramaya itmektedir. Şirketler doğru ürünü, doğru pazarda ve doğru zamanda piyasaya sürebilmek için uluslararası bir algılamaya sahip olmalıdırlar. Bu ancak insan kaynakları ile mümkün olabilir. ";Şirket Kültürü"; bu avantajı sağlayabilecek önemli bir kavramdır (Barney, 1986). Ote yandan şirketler pazarlardaki varlıklannı koruyabilmek için, mal ve hizmetlerinin kalitesini de sürekli olarak geliştirrnek zorundadırlar. Kalite, şirketlere daha büyük pazar payının yanısıra verimlilik, zaman, imaj, ve iş doyumu da sağlamaktadır.
