Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Diyarbakır Ahmedi Hani Anadolu Lisesi’nde görev yapan öğretmenler arasında okul iklimi algısının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla tesadüfi yöntemlerle ve gönüllülük esaslı seçilen 30 öğretmen ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Görüşme formunda 7 farklı görüşme sorusu sorularak; öğretmenler arasında okul iklim algısı, öğretmenlerin okul yönetimi, meslektaşları, öğrenciler ve velilerle olan ilişkileri ve okul müdürünün tutumlarına dair görüşleri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilen veriler, içerik analizi tekniği ile yorumlanmıştır.
