Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo indagar sobre un posible abordaje teórico y metodológico para la identificación de patrones de difusión de conocimientos para innovaciones en el marco de una organización interfirma. En particular, se intenta contribuir a la identificación de elementos que permitan representar el devenir del flujo de conocimientos relacionados con la actividad empresarial, es decir, poner en evidencia la configuración institucional del intercambio de conocimientos referidos a innovación entre miembros de una organización interfirma. Se concluye que llevar adelante estudios que impliquen una perspectiva relacional de las organizaciones requiere un abordaje teórico y una metodología que sean esencialmente reticulares. / The objective of this work is to investigate a possible theoretical and methodological approach to identify patterns of knowledge dissemination for innovations in the framework of an inter-firm organization. In particular, an attempt is made to contribute to the identification of elements that identify the flow of knowledge related to business activity, that is, to highlight the institutional configuration of the exchange of knowledge related to innovation among the members of the inter-firm organization. It is concluded that carrying out studies that imply a relational perspective of the organizations requires a theoretical approach and a methodology that are specifically reticular.
