Abstract

In recent years, a number of new industries have emerged, and several foreign corporations have changed where they are based in the nation. The competition grew as international industry titans entered the country's home market. Because of this, businesses attempt to outdo one another by giving customers better goods and services. Core functional competencies in this situation can aid organisations in numerous ways in performing successfully and choosing the best alternatives. To find the factors that can influence the performance of a company, different decision-making techniques are used. In this paper COPRAS and CODAS analysis methods have been used for the same. From the results it has been deduced that all the nine factors are given preference depending upon ranking done by the above two techniques.
