Abstract

Based on the analysis of three levels of organisational learning, the authors study the relationship between organisational learning and Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA). Through an empirical investigation of a sample of 117 enterprises in Hubei Province, several research hypotheses are tested. The results show that the three levels of organisational learning have positive direct impact on the firm's SCA, but the interactions between individual learning and group learning, group learning and organisation learning, individual learning and organisation learning do not have positive direct impact on the firm's SCA.
