Abstract

The purpose of this research is to construct the digital capital measures of job search websites. In-depth interviewing was used to collect data. Content analysis and analytical hierarchy process were employed to analyse data. According to the results, the study divides the digital capital into four dimensions: internet relational capital, internet customer capital, internet innovative capital and internet service capital. The research also develops 19 indicators for business digital capital assessment. Measuring digital capital can be used to help to formulate e-commerce strategy, provide an evaluation base for internet investors and allocate some resources for job search websites.
