Abstract

Aiming at the problems existing in the glue-pouring process of capacitor aluminium shell, such as glue solution uneven heating, glue easy carbonization, low accuracy of glue-pouring and so on, a new method for quantitative glue-pouring of aluminium shell is proposed. The quantitative glue-pouring system of aluminium electrolytic capacitor is designed, including melt glue machine, gear pump, quantitative glue-pouring mechanism, human-machine interface, PID intelligent temperature control unit and so on, and the mechanical structure of the melt glue machine and quantitative glue-pouring mechanism are designed in detail. Incremental PID intelligent temperature control unit is introduced, and the simulation analysis of the temperature control system is conducted, the simulation results show that the temperature control has high precision and good adaptability; and the experimental analysis of aluminium electrolytic capacitor quantitative glue-pouring system is carried out, the analysis results show that the system has high precision and good stability. The system has been put into practical production use, operation results show that the maximum error of the system is 1.2%, which meets the requirement of quantitative glue-pouring for aluminium shell, and the system has good practical application value.
