Abstract

Ethnic minority women have had to contend with their gender, minority ethnicity and migrant status as they become a part of the economic and social landscape of many countries with a Western tradition. Based on a qualitative study with 40 Indian women entrepreneurs in New Zealand, this reflective paper presents the findings and interpretation of an ethnic minority researcher on ethnic entrepreneurship.
