Abstract

The aim of this paper is to investigate determinants which affect online players' satisfaction. 514 valid questionnaires are collected as the analysis data from Taiwanese online players. Based on the factor analysis and multiple regressions, the authors classify online game designing attraction as seven types (the smooth and kind art style, the game of comfortable and matching story, copious and complete story structure, whole and agreeable special effect, the difference between controlling role, the convenience of players' interaction and consuming security in game). Results indicate that different kinds of player behaviours (the tendency of experience game and developing society) would have a significantly moderate effect between the attraction of designing OLG and players' satisfaction. Also, this paper finds player behaviours and life styles have a significantly moderate effect between online game designing attraction with players' satisfaction simultaneously.
