Abstract

Cloud computing has redefined the IT industry in the current scenario and can be considered as one of the latest technological advances in modern era. The concept of multi-tenancy facilitates cloud service providers to leverage the cost by providing services to multiple users at the same time via shared resources. In such circumstances, service level agreement (SLA), a set of rules between the consumer and provider, carry a great significance to ensure the quality of service and expected outcomes. In order to settle disputes arising on the expected level of service, the cloud SLA brings a few guidelines and rule sets based on prior agreements between these two parties. So, as a cloud customer it is quite challenging to decide the most suitable cloud provider based on the SLA commitments proposed by providers. In this research, the fuzzy weighted sum model and weighted product model method are applied in this context.
