Abstract

In the ever-advancing era, the utilisation of web-based media is quickly developing in each circle of life, as identified by numerous articles and exploration papers. In this paper, systematic literature review analysis has been done to survey the role of social media in social capital, self-efficacy, and job performance. As a result of the systematic literature review, a total of 70 relevant articles have been found from 42 journals. The principle focal point of the current analysis is to recognise the effect of online media on job performance along with the mediation effects of other factors that have been identified in the study. The outcomes show that numerous examinations have been done in various nations like Taiwan, US, UK, China and so forth and these investigations have a place with the time of 2001 to 2020. In light of the examination one model has been proposed showing the relationship and impact of mediation.
