Abstract

The goal of the article is improvement of approaches to cost oriented management at enterprises under conditions of ecology oriented development on the basis of a complex accounting of non-financial factors of influence. The cost oriented management is considered to be an approach to enterprise management, which is the most adequate to the modern economic realities nowadays. However, the technology of its use requires improvement, taking into account appearance of new requirements to realisation of economic activity of an enterprise, caused by a necessity of ensuring ecologically sustainable development. Based of the analysis of practical experience of enterprises activity in the direction of ecology oriented development, the article identifies directions of obtaining additional benefits, which allow improvement of financial and economic indicators and increase the enterprise cost. The article offers to identify the stage-by-stage process of obtaining benefits by economic subjects in the form of the chain of formation of additional cost "effects-levers-cost". On the basis of the above chain the article justifies improvement of approaches of managing cost within the framework of the Value Based Management (VBM), which is based on the technology of fracture management. In the result of the analysis of the essence, nature and spheres of manifestation, the article offers definition of the cost fracture notion. The article identifies mechanisms of cost management under conditions of ecology oriented development on the basis of gradual reduction of the cost fracture. Theoretical and methodical instruments of assessment and management of cost fractures require further development, which would facilitate improvement of mechanisms of enterprise cost management under conditions of ecology oriented development.
