Methodical Grounds of Detection of Poles of Development and Points of Increase as Prerequisites of Formation of Agro-industrial Clusters

Abstract

The article describes the author's approach to development of methods of detection of poles of development and points of increase of production of agricultural products as the raw material base for formation of agro-industrial clusters. Based on the theory of cumulative development and growth poles concept, the methods development is based on the position that cluster organisation of production is an intermediate step on the way of establishment of the modern innovation economy. The proposed methodical approach to detection of poles of development and points of increase of agricultural products is based on the regression analysis of formation of the volume of gross agricultural products depending on natural and economic conditions of regional and district territorial level of production. The detected poles of development of agricultural branches in the territories of regions and points of increase within districts in the form of enterprises leaders of grain, beet, sunflower, meat, dairy and other types of agricultural production are those nuclei in which conditions of agro-industrial clusters development have ripened.
